Sometimes life surprises us and we can’t always give notice but where possible please give a minimum of 48hours notice when amending or cancelling your appointment.

If not, this may result in a 50% charge if I am unable to fill the space.

If you do not arrive to your appointment or give any notice there will be a full 100% charge of your booking.
